
Weave recently announced a new integration with Blue by Dolphin, a cloud-based practice management system for orthodontic providers.
This integration gives Blue Practice Management orthodontic software users access to Weave features, according to a press release.
Orthodontic providers can now leverage Weave’s scheduled messages and appointment reminders to help keep schedules full. Another popular feature, call pop, provides team members with important information such as household name, demographics and photos while assisting patients over the phone.
These providers also now have access to Weave’s automated text feature, which sends appointment and save-the-date reminders, Google review requests and birthday greetings, as well as the schedule sync feature. Schedule sync simplifies scheduling with automatic data sync and planned patient communications. This makes it possible for users to filter their schedule by confirmed and unconfirmed clients, appointment type and staff member, then use Weave’s built-in communication tools to follow up with individuals on the schedule.
