REACH ACQUIRES FRONT DESK DDS TO DOUBLE DOWN AS DENTAL INDUSTRY’S LEADING SCHEDULING SERVICE
(Lehi, Utah) – Reach, a scheduling platform helping dental practices increase patient engagement and revenue, announced today that it has acquired San Antonio-based Front Desk DDS, its second largest competitor, from its current owner Dental Whale. This acquisition strengthens Reach’s position as the industry’s leading patient service platform. The official date of business operation under Reach will begin on October 1, 2022.

Front Desk DDS was formed in 2012 as a dental answering service. With a complimentary service offering, this acquisition by Reach closes the gap in the industry and strengthens Reach’s position as the front runner.

Under the acquisition Reach will grow its workforce, add hundreds of customers, and expand its offerings to offer answering services, recall services, and dental insurance verification services.
