Suni recently released the Q3D CBCT 3D imaging system.
The CBCT system features a small footprint and a rapid scan time, according to the company. It also has a DICOM to STL convertor for 3D printing to support the digital workflow.
It offers 10 Fields of View (FOVs), including a large, 16 x 14 cm FOV, and an optimal voxel size. Scanning times are as low as 7.7 seconds to reduce dose, motion artifacts and image distortion.
Other features include 3D volume rendering options, multi-planar rendering (MPR), dental reformatting, curved MPR, image color-mapping, dental crop, measuring tools, auto-stitching technology and implant planning.
A separate sensor, optimized for CT imaging, helps ensure optimal results.
