Fred Joyal Webinar Examines What Today’s Dental Patients Want
Los Angeles – Futuredontics®, the nation’s leading provider of dental marketing services and parent company of 1-800-DENTIST®, is offering a free Webinar called "What Dental Patients Want.” Hosted by company founder Fred Joyal, the Webinar uses findings from a major nationwide consumer survey to help dental practices identify the factors that maximize new patient acquisition, retention and treatment plan acceptance.
The live hour-long presentation will be held on Wednesday, April 9, beginning at 11am PST (2pm EST), and is open to all dentists and office staff. After the presentation, host Fred Joyal will remain online for a Q&A session.
Futuredontics’ survey revealed that dental patients in 2014 are more demanding and discriminating than ever before. Whether they’re shopping for a new dentist, considering a treatment plan or deciding to leave their long-time dental practice, the “little things” that influence major decisions about dental care can be quite surprising. The Webinar provides valuable insights into the many factors that can make or break a patient relationship, including conversations about cost, appointment availability, online reviews, practice websites and social media presence.
“The number one rule of business is ‘know your customer’,” said Fred Joyal. "Unfortunately, many dental practices are losing touch with what patients want and need. This Webinar will both help dental professionals better understand the concerns of today’s patients and it will show them how to use this information to grow their practices."
Fred Joyal is best known for founding 1-800-DENTIST, the industry’s leading source of new patient leads. He is also the author of the bestselling book "Everything is Marketing: The Ultimate Strategy for Dental Practice Growth," now in its 5th edition. In addition, Joyal is an international lecturer, a regular contributor to dental publications, and the author of the popular dental marketing blog, GoAskFred.com.
