A compilation of sample letters, press releases, blog posts, text messages and social media postings, the new ADA guide book provides dental professionals with writing samples that can be customized for improved communications, according to a press release. Each sample includes instructions on how to use it for a variety of situations, and the samples include general patient communications, marketing letters and administrative letters for staff or vendors.
