Endodontic Rotary and Reciprocal Files

Powered cleaning and shaping of root canals can be accomplished using either rotary or reciprocating files. These files are used with an endodontic handpiece in an ordered sequence. A variety of materials can be used to fabricate these files, but nickel-titanium is the most common because of the material’s ability bend and adapt to the shape of the canal and then return to its original shape. Most endodontic files are designed with a non-cutting tip, and often they can be sterilized for multiple uses. When selecting rotary or reciprocating files for your practice, make sure the system you choose will work with your endodontic handpiece.

DescriptionEndoSequence is the first fourth-generation rotary file to be introduced to the endodontic market. By incorporating a patented Alternate Contact PointThe safe ended tip reduces the possibility of ledging or transporting the canal while the .02 taper focuses the cutting action in the coronal portion The BioRaCe system has been designed to achieve the required apical sizes without the need for additional steps and additional files. If used Glide path development is an essential but time consuming step in endodontic treatment. G-Files are based on a design to help the clinician safely Just as the GT Series X files’ reduced core diameter and M-Wire NiTi construction work together to increase flexibility, several powerful advantages
