| Zap Lasers, LLC has entered into an exclusive distributorship with Discus Dental whereby Discus will be selling laser products world-wide (except in Korea and Taiwan). This is not an acquisition. Under this strategic partnership, Zap will continue to develop and produce dental laser products and Discus will leverage its global distribution channels and marketing resources to sell the laser products (except in Korea and Taiwan). Zap will continue to provide technical support and customer care. Zap products include the Styla Microlaser,SoftLasePro, OrthoLase, and HygieneLase.
