The Programat S1 sintering furnace is a light-weight and compact unit that sinters single unit frameworks made of zirconium oxide materials in as little as 90 minutes (conventional sintering furnaces require five to eight hours). As a result, crowns and bridges with an IPS e.max ZirCAD or other ZrO2 framework can be fabricated in one day.

Additionally, the Programat S1 conserves energy through its “Power Saving Technology” creating a positive impact on production costs, because less time and energy are expended for the process. This efficient and economical sintering process does not jeopardize the high material strength and accuracy of fit of the restoration.

Another feature of the Programat S1 is its easy operation. The user-friendly control panel features a graphic display and membrane sealed keypad for easy programming. The OSD (optical status display) uses different colors to show operating status, which can be seen even from a distance. The Programat S1 also features a compact design and light weight.

Like other furnaces in the Programat line, the S1 is equipped with robust technology, including a removable furnace head for easy maintenance, and a calibration option that enables the sintering temperature to be checked and adjusted at any time. The furnace’s heating muffle technology features a new type of heating element that is specifically designed for intensive everyday use and characterized by a long service life and uniform heat emission. The Programat S1 also comes with a USB interface, so it can be connected to a PC or laptop for updates, as needed.

Highly-precise, digitally fabricated models are now available for select cases processed through the CEREC Connect online communication platform by CEREC inLab users. The digital impression sent by the CEREC dentist is uploaded into the inifiniDent system and the model is sent to the laboratory ready for wax-up or porcelain build-up. Additionally, the dentist receive the full-arch and quadrant tooth-colored models, presented with precisely ditched and separated dies. These physical models are particularly suited for bridges, PFMs, and gold crowns.

DENTSPLY Trubyte's TruRx™ Digital Denture Prescription is an interactive program , designed to simplify denture tooth selection and the entire denture process. TruRx™ begins with a digital photograph of the denture patient, which is imported into the program. It then guides the dental professional and the patient through the denture process, as they address key denture considerations. TruRx™ culminates in a detailed prescription with a likeness of the patient’s post-therapy image.

The VITA Easyshade Compact is the cordless second generation of the VITA Easyshade device that delivers instant, accurate shades in both VITA 3D-Master and VITA Classical shades, regardless of lighting conditions and other elements that can lead to improper shade measurement.

The display in integrated into the handheld unit, which also features an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) and a rechargeable battery. The VITA Easyshade Compact is designed to eliminate the subjectivity of shade taking with the naked eye; it uses a digital spectrometer and an LED fiber optic light source that rests on the tooth. The clinician can measure the accuracy of restorations before seating and track bleaching progress.

Easyshade Compact has the ability to measure an overall tooth shade or provide a sectioned map of the tooth from the neck to the middle and incisal edge. 360imaging Dental 3D CT digital lab services now include 360client, a software program that facilitates secure, HIPAA‐compliant sending and receiving of image data. The 360assist feature allows the digital lab technicians to assist with patient positioning, image filters, image reconstructions, and file management to help ensure that dentist are obtaining the clearest possible CT scan image. With 360client™, it's easy to keep patient digital files organized within a single program. Dental offices can share the Results folder on their network so that all of the computers in their office will have access to their patients' digital files.
