Uniquely patented silicone sleeve design on the tip, which pushes water pressure from the front tip and also helps eliminate splattering of excess water. The extra sleeve also relieves any heat discomfort during scaling operation. Inserts obtain sufficient and excellent cooling effect in either up and down side direction.
