| Pits and fissures are highly susceptible to caries, as even the best of oral hygiene measures are often inadequately effective in these areas. These susceptible areas can be protected by sealing them with Helioseal, Helioseal F, Helioseal Clear or Helioseal Clear Chroma. The Helioseal range protects fissures by forming an impenetrable layer. Helioseal Clear Chroma is a transparent fissure sealant with reversible color change. Its advantages are that it is transparent so it is still easy check for changes under sealant. The reversible color changes under the polymerisation lamp so it is easy to determine the placement of the transparent sealant.
