The SCO kit, for intra-oral polishing, features a mint-flavored paste in a smaller twist syringe with brush applicators and micro cloth disc polishers, allowing the dentist to impart a mirror-polish intra-orally (or chairside) on porcelain and composite crowns as well as inlays, onlays and nano-hybrid composites. SCO can be especially helpful after adjusting occlusion on crowns to establish a super smooth surface that is indistinguishable from the original glaze.
