| Ivoclar Vivadent presents the Programat EP 3000, a new combination furnace which can be used as a press and ceramic furnace.
The furnace is equipped with a graphic monochrome display and can be operated using the tried-and-tested membrane-sealed keypad. As many graphic symbols are used in the menu navigation, the operation is very easy and therefore language-independent.
In addition to the standard press and firing programs, many individual press and firing programs are available. The operation concept is based on the one used for the Programat P300.
If necessary, the furnace can be calibrated fully automatically and very precisely in two temperature ranges using the ATK 2 (automatic double-range temperature calibration).
A further innovation is the Crack Detection System (CDS). This system automatically detects cracks in the investment ring and releases the pressure early enough if a crack occurs.
The QTK heating muffle technology provides a homogeneous heat irradiation during the heating process, so that optimum firing and press results are achieved.
Due to its compact format and the modern design, the Programat EP 3000 requires only a small amount of space. In addition, the user can remove the furnace head for transportation. |
