Andrew W. Chin, DDS

Dr. Chin received a Bachelors of Science degree in Zoology at the University of California, Davis. He is a graduate of UCLA School of Dentistry. After graduation he continued his education at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There he became chief resident and completed the two-year general practice residency program. He obtained extensive training in Esthetic Dentistry, Implantology (the study of placement and restoring dental implants), and working on medically compromised patients. He also had the opportunity to publish an article in a dental journal and present it at local and national dental conferences.

Currently Dr. Chin is an active member of Harbor, California, and American Dental Societies. He is also a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the Academy of Osseointegration, where he continues to advance with the changes in the field of Implantology. Dr. Chin is a part-time faculty at UCLA School of Dentistry. He also currently teaches the Dental Materials course at the Cerritos College Hygiene Program and is on the Advisory Board for the School of Hygiene.
