Dentalcompare Expands Sales Team With Two New Hires

Dennis O'Neill and Douglas Mersten Join Dentalcompare to Better Meet Advertiser Needs

 

Dentalcompare, the leading online product information resource for the dental industry, today announced they've strengthened their sales team, hiring Dennis O'Neill as Sales Director and Douglas Mersten as Sales Manager. With a combined 43 years of experience, O'Neill and Mersten will enable Dentalcompare to further its commitment to helping advertisers connect with dental professionals online.

Dennis O'Neill joins Dentalcompare with over 25 years of experience in print and digital media sales, and sales management. He is responsible for leading Dentalcompare's sales initiatives and the development of new media channels for advertisers. Prior to joining Dentalcompare, O'Neill was Publisher and Director of Sales at Advanstar, responsible for Dental Products Report. O'Neill has also held management roles at several publication companies including Thomson, TV Update and United Media.

Most recently, Douglas Mersten was the Mid-Atlantic Sales Manager at Advantar's Dental Products Report. With a rich background in print and digital media sales, Mersten will be pivotal in helping to grow Dentalcompare's advertiser base and better help advertising partners reach their goals through Dentalcompare. Before Advanstar, Mersten worked as Associate Publisher and Sales Manager for First Vision Media Group, and as Sales Manager for Jobson Publishing.
